Account Security

Prohibited Activities

By registering an account on winvibe or using any part of the winvibe platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between winvibe ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses any service provided through winvibe.club. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and winvibe.

Winvibe is an online gaming platform offering casino games, fishing games, live dealer tables, and sports betting to players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated in accordance with applicable licensing requirements and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment.

These Terms should be read alongside the winvibe Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By using winvibe, you agree to all three documents.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a winvibe account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
  • You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not already hold an active or previously suspended winvibe account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

Winvibe reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete.

Employees of winvibe, its affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one winvibe account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, winvibe will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, and any communications sent through your account. Winvibe cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must keep your contact details — including your mobile number and email address — up to date at all times. Winvibe uses these details to communicate important account information, including verification requests and withdrawal confirmations.

  • Do not share your password with anyone, including winvibe support staff.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available for additional security.
  • Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

Winvibe accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your winvibe account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

Winvibe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the associated winvibe account may be suspended pending investigation.

Winvibe does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside winvibe's control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Winvibe processes withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 2 hours.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, winvibe will request identity verification documents. This is a standard requirement and applies to all players. Providing false or altered documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
  • Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 200,000 (higher limits available on request for verified VIP players)
  • Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your own name
  • Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn
  • Winvibe reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on large withdrawals

If a withdrawal is declined, winvibe will notify you via your registered contact details and explain the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Winvibe offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All active offers are listed on the Current Offers page. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all winvibe promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are used first when placing bets.
  • Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
  • Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute less.
  • Bonuses expire after 30 days if wagering requirements are not met within that period.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Winvibe reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns will result in bonus forfeiture.

The weekly cashback promotion credits 10% of net losses automatically every Sunday. No claim is required. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on winvibe use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the game information page. Winvibe does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — winvibe will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account. Winvibe's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed in the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winvibe platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings — any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Creating accounts using false identity information.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the winvibe platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing winvibe staff or other players.
  • Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

Winvibe actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, winvibe will suspend the account, investigate, and take appropriate action including permanent closure and legal referral where warranted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winvibe platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of winvibe or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winvibe content without prior written permission.

The winvibe name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Winvibe provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Winvibe is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Winvibe is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your winvibe account at the time of the relevant event.

Gambling involves risk. Winvibe does not guarantee that you will win. You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the platform.

11. Privacy & Data

Winvibe collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Winvibe uses your data to verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Winvibe reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money funds may be returned at winvibe's discretion following investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is identified.

You may close your winvibe account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

14. Changes to These Terms

Winvibe may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, winvibe will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the winvibe platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
